REDESIGN LULULEMON'S MOBILE EXPERIENCE

In this project, I researched Lululemon's mobile experience and redesigned their mobile app.

My goal is to redesign the homepage and to create a more attractive, efficient and delightful user experience.

While I am conducting market research, I also scheduled an interview with a Lululemon’s target customer. I interviewed Emma, who is a typical Lululemon’s target customer and a great candidate for user research.

I conducted user testing with one user and observed her using the prototype. I asked her to think out loud. She gave me some really good feedback.
